Start-up of train paths allocation process
Timetable 15th December 2013 - 13th December 2014
According to D.Lgs 8 luglio 2003 n. 188 and Network Statement in force, RFI SpA announces, from April the 9th 2013, the start-up of train-path as well as infrastructure service allocation process related to 15th December 2013 - 13th December 2014 Timetable. Will be admitted all requests presented by Rail Undertakings, owing the qualifications foreseen by regulations in force, within April the 8th (Monday) 2013.
Further request are admitted after April the 8th 2013. These requests, if presented within October the 14th 2013, will be treated according to chronological order of presentation and satisfied within the limits of still available capacity.
The definition of working timetable by RFI will be according to the schedule set out in paragraph 4.3.2 (PIR December 2012 edition).
Any request presented by October the 15th 2013 will be treated, as declared by Network Statement in force, after the new Timetable activation (December the 15th 2013) as request for current Timetable.

Gathered data will be treated, according to D.lgs. June the 30th 2003 n. 196, only within the allocation procedures purpose. Rail undertakings shall state clearly, when presenting documents required by present notice and any following phase of allocation process, the confidential nature of granted information, by stamping “RISERVATO” on such documents.
