NETWORK STATEMENT
The Network Statement is published for capacity marketing purposes, in compliance with Decree 188 of 8 July 2003, as a guide where the Railway Undertakings and Stakeholders can find all the information relevant to the network.
The Network Statement provides:
(a) the rules and processes governing the Framework Agreements
(b) the detailed characteristics of the rail network lines and facilities
(c) information on all activities carried out on the railway infrastructure, that can significantly increase or decrease the capacity of it, for service planning purposes.
