NETWORK STATEMENT

The Network Statement is published for capacity marketing purposes, in compliance with Decree 188 of 8 July 2003, as a guide where the customer can find all the information relevant to the network. The Network Statement provides:
an update, in force since 13 December 2009, concerning: (a) the rules and processes governing the Framework Agreements, and (b) the detailed characteristics of the rail network lines and facilities, relevant to the timetable period from 13 December 2009 to 11 December 2010;
information on all activities carried out on the railway infrastructure, that can significantly increase or decrease the capacity of it, for service planning purposes, regarding the next timetable period from 12 December 2010 to 10 December 2011, to be scheduled in 2010.
