TO PURCHASE NS
RFI Network Statement integral version (with all technical annexis) is distributed in digital format on CD-Rom . Any additions/changes hereto will also be posted and made available on line.
The price of each CD-Rom, in accordance with D. lgs. 188/2003, is € 220 (including VAT and postage & packing) and it will be supplied to all who request it.
Every party eligible for concluding a Access Agreement and/or Framework Agreement shall be entitled to a free copy of the CD-Rom; any further copies, however, must be requested and paid for.
Any reproduction of the contents of the CD-Rom, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited, also in pursuance of D. lgs. 188/2003, and copies can be made exclusively for use within the purchaser’s organisation (also free of charge). Any copyright violations shall be prosecuted.
