Sustainability is a key element of our strategy, and for us it is a cross-cutting approach across all business dimensions.

Environment

Our rail network maintenance and development operations are aimed at ensuring rational use of natural resources and minimising the negative impact of activities on the environment in all its features (landscape, urban, hydrogeological, etc.).

Social

Our commitment towards social sustainability is aimed at promoting initiatives locally with the aim of creating shared value for the community. We promote initiatives that enable local communities to recover areas no longer of use for railway operations.
For persons with disability

We work every day to provide assistance to passengers with disability and reduced mobility and to remove physical and sensory barriers restricting railway services from being used autonomously.

We coordinate our assistance services for disabled and reduced mobility people from 16 SALA BLU offices

Extra-MAP Tariff Proposal for the 2025-29 regulatory period: services consultation

As part of the activities for presenting the tariff proposal for the period 2025-2029, RFI makes the functional sheets available to Interested Parties to allow the communication of volume forecasts for extra-PMdA services to be sent by 8 May 2024.

Piedmontese Regional Railway Infrastructure: 2025 NS – April 2024 edition is now online

The 2025 Piedmontese Regional Railway Infrastructure Network Statement, relating to the service timetable in force from 15 December 2024 to 13 December 2025, issued by Directive no. 4/AD of 10 April 2024 of the Managing Director of RFI, is now online.

IN EUROPE

We contribute towards creating a single European railway area by carrying out projects to improve the network in line with standardised Community technical and safety rules, essential for supporting the single market and guarantees free movement of goods and people

The backbone of the Trans-European Transport Network. The TEN-T Network facilitates the integration of European countries opening the way to a single market and supports a transport decarbonisation policy and an active role by the EU in the global fight against climate change
