The "RFI website" (hereinafter, for the sake of brevity, the Website) serves the purpose of providing its visitors (whether they are companies or individual users) with information and services on the activities and commercial offers of the National Infrastructure Manager, the company Rete Ferroviaria Italiana S.p.A., particularly in terms of information on its corporate structure, the activities performed and the services offered in the railway sector, the commercial offer of access to the national railway network to Italian and foreign subjects and the related ancillary services, the investments for the development of projects of interest to the community and the railway world.

The user acknowledges that its use is conditional upon accepting the terms and conditions set out herein.

All rights to the contents (by way of example only: texts, images, distinctive signs, audio and video files and architecture of the Website) are reserved to RFI S.p.A. or to their respective owners, pursuant to the current legislation on copyright, as per Law no. 633 of 22 April 1941.

The contents of the Website may not, in full or in part, be reproduced, transferred, uploaded, published or distributed in any way without the express prior consent of RFI S.p.A.

This is without prejudice to the exercising of the reproduction and quotation rights provided for in the aforementioned copyright legislation. However, users are permitted to print and save onto their individual media parts or extracts of the Website, provided this is intended for purely personal and not commercial use.

“Rete Ferroviaria Italiana” and “RFI” are registered trademarks. In accordance with the applicable industrial property legislation (Leg. Decree no. 30, 10 February 2005, the company trademarks and brands, the logos and the distinctive signs that appear on the Website are the property of RFI S.p.A. or other companies in the Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane Group.

Any other trademarks and distinctive signs reproduced on the pages of the Website belong to their respective owners. Reproducing and using the trademarks, logos and distinctive signs of RFI S.p.A. and of other companies in the FS Italiane Group in any context

RFI S.p.A. informs users that the reproduction and, more generally, the unauthorised use of trademarks and distinctive signs, in addition to being a civil offence, may sometimes constitute a criminal offence. The names “Rete Ferroviaria Italiana” or “RFI” that are in any way associated with the trademark and the name of Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane S.p.A., in part or in full, may not be used as internet domain names of other websites, or as part of these domain names.

Trademarks, distinctive signs and, more generally, terms that can be traced back to the latter may not even be contained within the html codes of the pages of other sites: their use as metadata (meta-tags, keyword-tags, etc.) by third parties of the Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane Group is in fact prohibited.

Any form of link to the Website must not harm the image and activities of the FS Italiane Group.

RFI S.p.A. takes the utmost care and diligence in managing the Website and checking and updating its contents. However, the texts, information and other data published or accessible via specific forms are for information purposes only and are not official, unless otherwise indicated or provided for in accordance with current legislation. They are provided "as is" and depend on availability.

Therefore, also in view of the fact that the services are provided free of charge, RFI S.p.A. does not provide any guarantee, and indeed declines any responsibility, direct or indirect, for any inaccuracies, errors, omissions, damages in any case deriving from the aforementioned contents.

The Website may provide links to other websites or to other resources available on the internet. However, RFI S.p.A. does not have any control over the contents of these websites or resources and, therefore, does not assume any responsibility for the contents, services, information, including advertising information, or anything else offered by these websites or external resources.

Despite taking all due care, RFI S.p.A. cannot guarantee that using the Website may, even due to the harmful action of third parties, lead to the transmission of viruses or other types of contamination and, therefore, declines all responsibility in this respect.

RFI S.p.A. does not accept or take into consideration any unsolicited feedback, of any type or nature, including ideas for promotional campaigns, technology, website graphics or anything else. Therefore, users are expressly asked not to send material of any kind, or to submit to RFI S.p.A. any ideas, creative works or any suggestions, etc. Consequently, any material that is received, in any form and in any manner, by RFI S.p.A., will be deemed non-confidential.

The application of these Terms and Conditions of Use is governed by Italian law.

The Court of Rome has exclusive jurisdiction over disputes involving these Terms and Conditions of Use (including those relating to the application, interpretation and effectiveness of the same).
