The Listening Forum (Section 2.6 of RFI Network Statement) - 2025 Edition
Notice is hereby given that, as of 30 April 2025, it will be possible to submit proposals for improvement, efficiency and development of the National Railway Infrastructure managed by RFI under the Listening Forum.
Proposals should be sent by certified email to the address: rfi-dsp-psr@pec.rfi.it.
The Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport (MIT) and the Transport Regulatory Authority (ART) must be informed using the addresses: dg.tf@pec.mit.gov.it and pec@pec.autorità-trasporti.it.
Proposal Forms and any attachments thereof must be submitted before 30 May 2025.
In view of ART Resolution 188/2023, the Stakeholders who can make proposals within the TRT are the following:
Proposals must be submitted by completing the format provided in the download area of this page with the relevant instructions.
If there is any non-disclosable information, the Stakeholders must also send the documentation in a version that can be disclosed, since, in compliance with Requirement 3.4.3.1. of Annex A to ART Resolution 151/2019, it will be published on RFI's website, together with the final report of the analysis and assessment procedure of the requests.
For the proposals to be accepted by RFI, each Stakeholder must submit the correctly completed Self Declaration along with the proposal forms and any Annexes thereof.
With regard to the Privacy Policy concerning the data collected, please refer to the dedicated section of the RFI website.
As a side note, notice is hereby given that, according to the provisions of Section 2.6 of the current NS, documentation relating to the available "equipped areas” will be available on RFI website, including those for which the public evidence procedure was concluded without assignment and the service facilities with a provision for decommissioning/reconversion. RFI will also take into account any requests of the participants to the Technical Round Table, with regard to the above-mentioned documentation.
