As Station Manager – a role we have held since 2011 in accordance with EU Regulation 782/2021 (ex EC Regulation 1371/2007) on “rail passengers’ rights and obligations” – we strive to ensure all citizens are able to access stations. We pay particular attention to persons with disabilities or reduced mobility (PRM).
All information on the accessibility services and facilities available at more than 2,000 stations with active passenger services can be consulted on the accessibility information sheet known as ACCESSIBILITY INFO (INFOACCESSIBILITA’) in each station. Read what the features of the Station Accessibility Info are here.
