As Station Manager – a role we have held since 2011 in accordance with EC Regulation 1371/2007 on “rail passengers’ rights and obligations” – we strive to ensure all citizens are able to access stations. We pay particular attention to persons with disabilities or reduced mobility (PRM).  

All information on the accessibility services and facilities available at more than 2,000 stations with active passenger services can be consulted on the accessibility information sheet known as ACCESSIBILITY INFO (INFOACCESSIBILITA’) in each station. COVID OUTBREAK - From 6 December 2021, access to all types of trains is allowed only to travelers with a Green Pass *. In addition, from 25 December 2021, passengers must wear FFP2 type masks on all trains.All detailed information is provided by the Railway Companies.
* with the exception of children under 12 years of age and subjects exempt from the vaccination campaign.

Re-established standard rules on the notice period for requesting assistance for persons with disabilities and reduced mobility
