This section contains the Network Statement of the Piedmontose Regional Railway Infrastructure (PRRI) and any further documents and communications to stakeholders relevant to the regional infrastructure, of which RFI S.p.A. is the Infrastructure Manager, pursuant to the Deed of Concession (Managerial Resolution no. 2912/A1800A/2023 of the Piedmont Region), following the takeover from the previous concessionaire.

In accordance with art. 14 of Legislative Decree 112/2015, RFI has published the final draft of “2027 Network Statement of the Piedmontese Regional Railway Infrastructure", on completion of the consultation stage with the RUs, Regions and other parties concerned.

The definitive version will be published by 12 December 2025, following instructions/indications from the Italian Transport Authority.

By CEO Provision No 10 of 8 July 2025, the Managing Director of RFI issued the 2026 Network Statement – July 2025 edition - of the Piedmontese Regional Railway Infrastructure (PRRI)

In the NS, the National Railway Infrastructure Manager sets out:

the rules and procedures governing the requirements for requesting capacity and those relating to the process of allocating capacity, which are valid from 14 March 2025 as regards the service timetable applicable from 14 December 2025 to 12 December 2026;
the rules and information applicable to the working timetable in force from 14 December 2025 to 12 December 2026, such as the rules governing the obligations and responsibilities of RFI and RUs/Requesters with regard to the signing and execution of the transactions (Framework Agreement and Access Contract).

the rules and information applicable to the working timetable in force from 15 December 2024 to 13 December 2025, such as the rules governing the obligations and responsibilities of RFI and RUs/Requesters with regard to the signing and execution of the transactions.
