The new FS Group Code of Ethics is available in the Ethics, Compliance and Integrity section. It represents a key reference framework outlining the Group’s responsibilities and its ethical and social commitments towards stakeholders, guiding business activities and relationships in line with the principles of legality, fairness, transparency and accountability.
The document sets out shared principles and standards of conduct to which all recipients must adhere, including members of corporate bodies, management, employees, collaborators, business partners, customers and suppliers, promoting ethical and responsible behaviour across the entire value chain.
Particular emphasis is placed on integrity and the prevention of corruption, as well as on the protection of people, health and safety, environmental and social sustainability, and the creation of sustainable long-term value.
