In accordance with ART's requirements in Decision 95/2023 and 51/2024, Rete Ferroviaria Italiana S.p.A., as IM for the Piedmontese Regional Railway Infrastructure, published the tariff proposal for the Minimum Access Package (MAP) for the 2026-2030 tariff period on June 30, 2025.

The proposal was submitted for consultation to railway undertakings and other interested parties, according to the standard Network Statement timeframe. Interested parties submitted their comments by July 31st. RFI published an explanatory report on the acceptance or rejection of the comments received on September 30, 2025.

Following an investigation by ART, the tariff proposal was deemed compliant with the regulatory model set out in ART Resolution 202/2025 of November 26, 2025.
