Annual updates to the tariff levels
This section contains documents relating to the consultation launched by RFI on June 30, 2026.
Following the requests for integration and modifications formulated by the Authority, the Manager took steps, on 21 July 2026, to update the "Annual information document for monitoring PMdA fees", previously published on the RFI website and subjected to consultation. The additions made, which do not involve changes to the price lists, are highlighted in the latest version of the document made available in this section. Furthermore, on July 27th, the paths subject to the application of PROMO tariffs for the regional segment were added.
In consideration of these updates, the deadline for submitting observations is extended to 7 August 2026.

Experimental Period Components C1-C5
The Transport Regulation Authority (ART), through Resolution No. 116/2026 of 26 June 2026, accepted RFI’s request for an extension, postponing the deadline for the submission of a new proposal (concerning the activities referred to in point 4 of Resolution No. 60/2026) to 30 Septembre 2026.
Interested parties may submit their observations by 20 Ocotber 2026.
The proposal and the arrangements for participating in the consultation will be notified to the interested parties at the time of the launch of the consultation.

Annual updates to the tariff levels
This section contains documents relating to the consultation launched by RFI on June 30, 2025, and the related stakeholder comments received by July 31, 2025, regarding the annual update of tariff levels, as well as the Explanatory Report of the reasons for accepting or rejecting these comments, published by RFI on September 30, 2025.

Consultation closed on 21 November 2025 with no observations from stakeholders
Experimental Period Components C1-C5
This section contains documents related to the experimental pre-operation period with no tariff impacts for components C1 and C5 applied in 2025.
On October 31, 2025, RFI sent each RU a simulation of the economic effects of the experimental period, to facilitate a clearer understanding of the component calculation mechanism. The RUs submitted their comments on the matter by November 14, 2025, which RFI published in an explanatory report dated November 21, 2025.
Furthermore, starting November 28, 2025, the "NP26 Reported Trains" report was made available to Railway Undertakings on the PIC platform, allowing RUs to obtain, export, and analyze the details of the components in question.
With Decision 225/2025 of December 11, 2025, the Authority formulated guidelines and requirements regarding the aforementioned components. On January 14, 2026, RFI, as required by the Decision, initiated a further consultation with a deadline of January 23, 2026, both on the "NP26 Reported Trains" report on the PIC platform" and on the exclusion of New GO Trains from the calculation of the C1-C5 components whose explanatory report on the observations received was published on 30 January 2026.
With Decision 60/2026 of 29 April 2026, ART has formulated further indications and requirements relating to the application methods of components C1 and C5 with retroactive effect starting from 1 January 2026, requiring RFI to provide an extraordinary update of the 2026 and 2027 NS.
This section contains documents relating to the procedure initiated with Decision ART 55/25 and concluded with Decision ART 116/25, concerning the reward and penalty mechanisms applied to tariff levels in relation to the quality of the service provided by the Infrastructure Manager (IM). Specifically, the consultation documents, stakeholder comments, and explanatory reports containing counterarguments to the comments received during the consultations held in December 2025 and July 2026 are available.
July 2026 Consultations (Decision 44/26 and 115/26)
With Decision 44/2026 of April 15, 2026, and Decision 115/2026 of June 26, 2026, the Transport Regulatory Authority required RFI to prepare a new proposal and submit it for consultation by July 31, 2026.
By September 15, 2026, RFI will also publish a timetable for completing coverage of the entire network perimeter, as originally envisaged by ART Decision no. 44/2026.
The deadline for interested parties to submit comments is September 23, 2026. By October 15, 2026, RFI will publish and submit the final proposal to the ART, accompanied by an explanatory report containing the reasons for accepting or rejecting the comments submitted by each participant in the consultation.
The Authority will issue its decision by November 30, 2026; consequently, by December 15, 2026, RFI will publish the relevant extraordinary update of the 2027 NS.
