Tariff System 2025 - 2029 National Railway Infrastructure

In accordance with the provisions of ART Decision no. 165/2024, Rete Ferroviaria Italiana S.p.A. publishes the tariff system relating to the Minimum Access Package (MAP) and extra-MAP services for the tariff period 2025-2029.

The final documents implementing the Authority's requirements following the stakeholder consultation process, the annual updates to the tariff levels for the PMdA and Non-PMdA Services in accordance with Measures 10.5 and 42.10 of ART Resolution No. 95/2023, and the procedures related to the tariff system are available on this page.

This section contains documents relating to the procedure initiated with ART Decision 55/25 and concluded with ART Decision 116/25 regarding the reward/penalty mechanisms for tariff levels related to the quality of service provided by the IM, specifically the consultation document and the comments received on January 19, 2026.

A report describing the responses to the consultation will be made available by February 16, 2026.

ART will deliver its opinion by April 15, 2026, and RFI will publish the resulting extraordinary update of the NS 2027 by May 16, 2026.
