In accordance with art. 14 of Legislative Decree 112/2015, RFI has published the first draft of “Network Statement 2028 of the Friulian Regional Railway Infrastructure", for the purpose of starting the consultation phase with the RUs, Regions, Autonomous Provinces and other interested parties.

Any comments by the interested parties must be received no later than 31 July 2026 to the following e-mail: rfi-ad.ara@pec.rfi.it.

By Directive no. 17/AD of 11 December 2025, the Managing Director of RFI issued the 2027 Network Statement of the Friulian Regional Railway Infrastructure.

In the NS, the National Railway Infrastructure Manager sets out:

the rules and procedures governing the requirements for requesting capacity and those relating to the process of allocating capacity, which are valid from 13 March 2026 as regards the service timetable applicable from 13 December 2026 to 11 December 2027;
the rules and information applicable to the working timetable in force from 13 December 2026 to 11 December 2027, such as the rules governing the obligations and responsibilities of RFI and RUs/Requesters with regard to the signing and execution of the transactions (Framework Agreement and Access Contract).

By CEO Provision No. 1 of 29 January 2026, the Managing Director of RFI issued the 2026 Network Statement – January 2026 edition - of the Friulian Regional Railway Infrastructure (FRRI)

In the NS, the Regional Railway Infrastructure Manager sets out:

the rules and procedures governing the requirements for requesting capacity and those relating to the process of allocating capacity, which are valid from 14 March 2025 as regards the service timetable applicable from 14 December 2025 to 12 December 2026;
the rules and information applicable to the working timetable in force from 14 December 2025 to 12 December 2026, such as the rules governing the obligations and responsibilities of RFI and RUs/Requesters with regard to the signing and execution of the transactions (Framework Agreement and Access Contract).

Please note that the line is closed to service until February 28, 2026.
