In accordance with art. 14 of Legislative Decree 112/2015, RFI has published the first draft of “Network Statement 2028" (only Italian version), for the purpose of starting the consultation phase with the RUs, Regions, Autonomous Provinces and other interested parties.
In addition, documents subject to consultation are available in the “Communications to Applicants” section.
Any comments by the interested parties must be received no later than 31 July 2026 to the following e-mail: rfi-ad.ara@pec.rfi.it.
