In accordance with the regulatory measures approved by Authority Decision No. 44/2026 and No. 115/2026, this Operator has published the relevant documentation in the "INCENTIVE/PENALTY SCHEMES WITH DECISION 116/25" section for consultation with interested parties.
The documentation contains a new version of the proposal, as well as the adopted operating models, integrated in accordance with the provisions of Resolutions No. 44/2026 and No. 115/2026.
The deadline for submitting comments on the document in question to the certified email address: rfi-ad.ara@pec.rfi.it is September 23.
