The Fourth Supplementary Act to the Programme Contract 2022-2026 - Services is available online. It will become operational following the completion of the authorization process on 11 June 2026, with the admission to registration by the Court of Auditors under No. 1859 of Inter-ministerial Decree 100 of 11 May 2026, of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, in agreement with the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
