How to reach the Police Stations 

Police stations can be reached by two separate routes, one from inside the station and one from Via Marsala. Here's how to spot them:

• Entrance from inside the station: with Piazza dei Cinquecento behind you, pass the turnstiles leading to the platforms and locate platform 1. Continue on the platform alongside track 1: on your left, after about 350 metres, you will find the Railway Police Station; continue for another 200 metres or so and you will find the Carabinieri Station. 
• Entrance from Via Marsala: with Piazza dei Cinquecento behind you, Via Marsala is on the left side of the station. Go in at No. 49 and after the turnstiles proceed to your left. The Railway Police Station is located about 150 metres away on this side. The Carabinieri Station is located after about 200 metres near tracks 1-2 east.  

Both Stations are signposted. Ask the station staff for assistance in locating them accurately.
