In compliance with Measure 5.6 of Italian Transport Authorithy (ART) Resolution no. 187/2020, is in consultation the proposal to integrate "Minimum Quality Level Guarantee System For Services Provided” (in annex A of Measure 4.2 of Italian Transport Authorithy (ART) Resolution no. 130/2019) with minimum quality levels of this services: parking, water supply, washing bays, Waste Discharge, preheating/air conditioning facilities with carriage heating columns.
The document will be in force from 1° Jenuary 2022.
Comments and proposals must be sent by 31 May 2021 at the latest to the certified e-mail address rfi-dce@pec.rfi.it.
At the end of the consultation phase RFI will provide own assessments on the submitted proposals, proceeding also to publish extraordinary edition of NS 2022 integrated with the minimal levels of quality of this services.
