From 2018 to 2022, within the framework of the Listening Forum and the collection of requests for improvement, efficiency and development of infrastructure (referred to in Paragraph 2.6 of the Infrastructure Manager’s Network Statement), almost 1500 proposals were submitted by 35 different Stakeholders (Regions and Autonomous Provinces, holders of Framework Agreements, licensed Railway Companies).

In view of the large number of proposals received, the Infrastructure Manager (IM) is proceeding with the planning of in-depth projects also through the use of a Priority Intervention Selection Support Model.

This was illustrated during the plenary meeting held electronically on 28 July 2021 with the participation of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport (MIT), the Transport Regulation Authority (TRA) and 34 Stakeholders.

Upon completion of the study and design activities, the economic programming of the necessary resources will be carried out in agreement with the MIT.

A timely update on the status of the proposals, up to their inclusion in the current MIT – RFI Programme Contract, is provided as per Transport Regulation Authority Resolution no. 227/2022.

Via the link below, it is possible to view and download updates on the development proposals formulated at the Technical Listening Table and the priorities with which the IM will initiate studies.
